Moving from Intention to Meaningful Action: A Practice in Creation


To mindfully set an Intention is a powerful act.


It requires stillness, awareness, contemplation, honesty, and a commitment to meaningful action.  We will create a safe space for you to reflect on your needs and to identify the blocks/beliefs/patterns that are holding you back.  Through this process we can take intention and move into creation.No matter where you are in life, this Practice may serve your journey in transforming obstacles into the energy of flow and worthiness.


This 2 hour workshop includes guided mindfulness, learning a tool for creating meaningful action, and voluntary discussion time.  We hope you can join us.  Registration is required and it will be closed after the first 30 spaces are filled. To register, please go to Community Events/Calendar at
