Begin Again: Getting back to a personal mindfulness practice and connection with our inherent goodness
Making time for self-centering practices can be a powerful way to get connected with our core of goodness, or our natural presence. When life gets busy, it is easy to fall out of the habit of regular practice. This evening of mindfulness practice will reconnect you with your path and strengthen your ability to call on your natural presence in the midst of everyday life. As with every MLS event, this practice is for beginners as well as the most seasoned mindfulness practitioners. Our belief is that each moment is an opportunity to begin again.
This 2 hour workshop includes workshop includes:
guided mindfulness (sitting practice and movement)
experiential practices for restoring energy & calming the mind
voluntary discussion time
Facilitators: Mary Agee & Karen Pilkerton
We hope you can join us. Registration is required and it will be closed after the first 20 spaces are filled. To register, please go to Community Events/Calendar at www.usn.org.
